All treatment bookings and payments made through Nayla Beauty Spa’s website or any online payment platform are non-refundable. Customers may reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time, subject to slot availability.
If Nayla Beauty Spa is unable to provide the booked treatment due to operational reasons, the customer may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the payment made.
Semua tempahan rawatan dan bayaran melalui website Nayla Beauty Spa atau platform pembayaran online tidak boleh dikembalikan. Pelanggan boleh menjadualkan semula temujanji sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum waktu rawatan, tertakluk kepada kekosongan slot.
Jika Nayla Beauty Spa tidak dapat menyediakan rawatan atas sebab operasi, pelanggan boleh memilih untuk menjadualkan semula atau menerima bayaran balik.
